Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SoftMedia platform (including the Stock, API, Store and Boutique modules, collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SoftMedia provides account management, digital product delivery, API access, stock management and storefront tools for resellers and their customers. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is isolated by user ID — you may only access data and sessions tied to your own account, unless you hold administrator privileges.
4. Digital Products & Delivery
Digital products purchased or delivered through the Service are provided as-is once marked delivered. Delivery status, order history and activity logs are tracked per account for transparency and support purposes.
5. Licensing
Certain modules (such as storefront components) require an active license tied to your domain, issued and validated through the SoftMedia License Control Center. Using a module without a valid license may result in restricted functionality.
6. Payments
Where payments are processed (directly or via a connected payment provider such as Stripe, PayPal, or a WooCommerce gateway bridge), you agree to the terms of that provider in addition to these Terms.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to distribute unlawful content, attempt to bypass licensing or access controls, interfere with other users' accounts, or reverse engineer the platform's security mechanisms.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding and design associated with SoftMedia remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found in violation of these Terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SoftMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Contact
For questions about these Terms, please contact us through your account administrator or support channel.
