How Pro Blanche Store works for you
Pro Blanche Store lets you sell digital and physical products from your own WordPress website. You manage store pages, product display, settings, payments, local physical products, and orders from your WordPress dashboard.
Your store dashboard
Use the Pro Blanche Store menu to configure your store, activate your license, sync products, add local products, and manage orders.
Added from your online dashboard
Digital codes, cards, files, vouchers, subscriptions, and license keys are added from your digital products dashboard, then synced with Hub sync.
Added on your website
Physical products are created in your WordPress dashboard because they require manual preparation, shipping, pickup, or local fulfillment.
This documentation only refers to pages you can see in your own dashboard. You do not need any hidden setup steps outside the instructions shown here.
Use only the pages visible in your Pro Blanche Store menu
After installation, you will use the Pro Blanche Store menu in WordPress. The guide below follows the customer-facing pages.
| Dashboard page | Use it for | Important note |
|---|---|---|
| License | Activate or verify your license key. | This is the correct place for license activation. |
| Hub sync | Refresh digital products and available stock from your connected account. | Run it after license activation or after adding digital stock. |
| Products | Add and manage local products, especially physical products. | Physical products are managed here. |
| Orders | Review purchases, delivery status, and manual fulfillment. | Use it to track digital and physical orders. |
| API & delivery | Configure delivery behavior only when support instructs you to do so. | This is not the license page. |
| Payments, Wallet, Settings | Configure store behavior, payment options, wallet view, and general settings. | Use the visible fields shown in your dashboard. |
If a feature is not visible in your dashboard, you do not need to configure it. The customer setup is limited to your own store pages.
Digital and physical products are added in different places
The store supports both product types. The correct place to add each product depends on how the product is delivered.
| Product type | Where to add it | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Digital | Pro Blanche digital products dashboard | Delivered automatically when matching stock is available. If not available, order waits until stock becomes available. |
| Physical | Your WordPress site → Pro Blanche Store → Products | Handled manually by you. Not delivered automatically. |
Add digital products from your Pro Blanche digital products dashboard. Add physical products from your own WordPress website.

The Pro Blanche Store menu appears in your WordPress dashboard after activation.
Activate your license from the License page
The license is activated from the dedicated License page. It is not activated from API & delivery, and there is no Customer Email field in the customer license screen.
Pro Blanche Store → License
Use this page to paste and activate your license key.
API & delivery
API & delivery is not the license activation page.
License activation steps
Open License page
Go to Pro Blanche Store → License.
Paste your License Key
Enter the key exactly as provided to you.
Save or activate
Click the save, activate, or verify button shown on the page.
Confirm status
Wait for the license status to confirm that the store is active.
Run Hub sync
Open Pro Blanche Store → Hub sync and run a manual sync.
Do not look for a Customer Email field during license activation. Use only the fields shown on the License page.
Refresh digital products and available stock
Hub sync refreshes the products and stock available to your connected store. This is how digital products and stock updates become visible in your WordPress store.
Activate the license first
Sync will only work correctly after your license is active.
Open Hub sync
Go to Pro Blanche Store → Hub sync.
Run manual sync
Click the manual sync button to import or refresh available products.
Check the storefront
Confirm that synced products appear correctly and unavailable products are hidden or blocked.
Run sync after activating the license, after adding digital stock, after changing availability, or when products do not appear as expected.
What API & delivery is used for
The API & delivery page is used for delivery-related behavior and connection options. It is not the license activation page.
| Admin page | Purpose | Not used for |
|---|---|---|
| License | Activate or verify your license key. | Adding products or changing delivery behavior. |
| Hub sync | Import and refresh available products. | License activation. |
| API & delivery | Delivery-related settings shown in your dashboard. | License activation or customer email entry. |
| Products | Add and manage local products, especially physical products. | Adding digital stock. |
Never publish license keys, private connection values, or screenshots that reveal sensitive settings.
Where to add digital products
Digital products are added from your Pro Blanche digital products dashboard. This is where you add digital codes, files, licenses, vouchers, cards, or any product that can be delivered automatically.
Open your digital products dashboard
Use the digital products dashboard access provided to you.
Add the digital product or stock
Add the product details and stock items such as codes, files, license keys, vouchers, cards, or subscription data.
Choose the correct visibility
Use your own stock for your account, or public stock if the service allows the item to be shared.
Run Hub sync on your WordPress store
After adding digital stock, go back to your WordPress site and run Pro Blanche Store → Hub sync.
When a digital product is purchased, the store requests delivery automatically. If stock is available, it is delivered. If not, the order waits until stock becomes available.
Where to add physical products
Physical products are added from your own WordPress dashboard because they are not delivered automatically. You are responsible for preparation, shipping, pickup, or manual fulfillment.
Open Products
Go to Pro Blanche Store → Products in your WordPress dashboard.
Create a product
Add the title, description, image, price, category, and stock details.
Select Physical
Choose the physical product type when the product requires manual delivery, packaging, shipping, pickup, or local processing.
Publish or save
Confirm the product appears in your store and test the order flow before selling to real customers.
After payment, you must prepare, ship, deliver, or manually update the order status. Physical orders do not deliver automatically.
How orders are handled
Digital and physical orders are handled differently after payment.
| Order type | After payment | What you should check |
|---|---|---|
| Digital | The store requests automatic delivery. | Check whether delivery is sent, pending, or waiting for stock. |
| Physical | The order stays for manual fulfillment. | Confirm stock, prepare shipment, and update the order. |
| Mixed | Digital items can be processed automatically while physical items remain manual. | Check both delivery status and physical fulfillment status. |
Physical order statuses
| Status | Meaning | Who updates it |
|---|---|---|
| Pending fulfillment | Order received, waiting for review. | You / store admin |
| Confirmed | Item is available and ready to prepare. | You / store admin |
| Preparing | Item is being packed or prepared. | You / store admin |
| Shipped | Item has been shipped. Add tracking if available. | You / store admin |
| Delivered | Buyer received the physical product. | You / store admin |
| Cancelled | Order cannot be fulfilled, may require support or refund. | You / store admin |
Product visibility and stock rules
| Product state | Store visibility | Checkout behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Digital + stock available | Visible | Can be purchased and delivered automatically. |
| Digital + no immediate stock | May remain available depending on config | Order waits until matching stock becomes available. |
| Physical + stock available | Visible | Can be purchased and fulfilled manually. |
| Physical + stock unavailable | Should be hidden or blocked | Do not accept orders unless you can fulfill them manually. |
| Deleted or disabled product | Hidden or removed after sync | Cart should be refreshed before checkout. |
Security best practices
Do not share private values
Never publish license keys, private settings, or screenshots that show sensitive values.
Use HTTPS
Your WordPress website should use a valid SSL certificate on all pages.
Limit admin access
Only trusted users should manage license, sync, payments, products, or orders.
Keep Pro Blanche Store updated
Install new versions when provided so you receive fixes and improvements.
Common issues and fixes
| Issue | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| License page does not activate | Wrong license key, inactive license, domain mismatch, or connection issue. | Check the license key, make sure your site uses HTTPS, then contact support with your store URL. |
| Cannot find Customer Email on the license page | There is no Customer Email field in the customer license page. | Use Pro Blanche Store → License and enter only the required license information shown on that page. |
| No products appear after installation | License not active, sync not run, or no available digital products. | Activate the license, open Hub sync, run manual sync, and check product availability. |
| Digital product not delivered immediately | No matching stock is available yet or delivery request is waiting. | Check the order delivery status. Add stock from your digital products dashboard or wait until matching stock becomes available. |
| Physical order was not delivered automatically | This is normal for physical products. | Open Orders, confirm the product, prepare it manually, ship or deliver it, and update the status. |
| Sync is not updating automatically | WordPress Cron may not run reliably on low-traffic sites. | Run manual Hub sync or ask your hosting provider to configure a real server cron. |
Optional server cron example
*/5 * * * * wget -q -O - https://your-store-domain.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron >/dev/null 2>&1
What to send when asking for support
When reporting an issue, include only the information needed for troubleshooting. Hide all private values in screenshots.
Your store is ready when the license is active, Hub sync works, digital products can be delivered or queued correctly, physical products can be created locally, payments work, and orders appear correctly in your dashboard.
