Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Pro Blanche Store plugin or any associated platform service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the service and remove the plugin from your installation.
The service is strictly for adults (18+) or legal business entities. Use by minors without parental/guardian consent is prohibited.
Products That May Never Be Sold
Violation results in immediate permanent account termination, potential legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Behaviors That Are Strictly Forbidden
Plugin License & Software Use
The Pro Blanche Store plugin is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single WordPress website for legitimate digital and/or physical product sales.

Store Owner Responsibilities
As a store owner, you are fully responsible for your store’s operation, product listings, customer communications, payments, and fulfillment.
SoftMedia Ltd. provides the infrastructure. You are solely responsible for legal compliance, customer communications, tax obligations, and local regulatory requirements.
Digital Products & API Delivery
Digital products are supplied by the platform’s central hub and delivered through an automated API delivery system. Store owners are responsible for ensuring any listed product has legitimate authorization for sale.

Physical Products & Local Fulfillment
Physical products are added by the store owner in their WordPress dashboard. The platform does not handle, warehouse, ship, or deliver physical goods. All physical order fulfillment is entirely the store owner’s responsibility.
After payment, you must manually confirm, prepare, ship, and update the order status. Failure to fulfill physical orders may result in chargebacks, disputes, and account suspension.
Payments, Fees & Refund Policy
Platform fees
Fees are charged according to the plan selected at registration, listed in euros (€) and subject to VAT where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.
End customer refunds
Store owners are responsible for setting and honoring their own refund policies. Digital products that have been delivered and opened (codes redeemed, files downloaded) are generally non-refundable.
Abuse of chargeback processes to obtain free products is considered fraud. Any store owner found facilitating chargeback fraud will face immediate suspension and may be reported to payment processors and law enforcement.
Trademarks, Branding & Content
The Pro Blanche Store name, logo, interface design, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of SoftMedia Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
SoftMedia Ltd. collects and processes limited data necessary to provide the service: license key identifiers, store domain, API usage logs, and contact information. No payment card data is stored on our servers.
Identity and business verification documents submitted during KYC/KYB are retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with EU AML Directive requirements. Deletion may be restricted during this period.
Limitation of Liability & Warranties
The platform and plugin are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SoftMedia Ltd. does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a specific purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SoftMedia Ltd. harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
KYC & KYB — Know Your Customer & Business
Pro Blanche Store operates a mandatory identity and business verification system in compliance with EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and international KYC/KYB standards. Verification is required to unlock full platform features and is enforced before processing orders above defined thresholds.
Verification Types: Individual KYC vs Enterprise KYB
Personal Identity Verification
Required for all individual store owners and sole traders registering on the platform.
Business Entity Verification
Required for companies, agencies, and registered business entities on multi-store or high-volume plans.
Enterprise (KYB) Unlocked Features
Verification Process
Choose “Individual” (KYC) or “Enterprise/Company” (KYB) from your platform dashboard under Account → Verification, or contact us at service@softmedialtd.com.
Submit all required documents. Files must be clear, unaltered, and in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (max 10MB each).
Documents pass through automated fraud detection and document authenticity checks within minutes of submission.
Our compliance team manually reviews all submissions. KYC individual: 24–48 hours. KYB enterprise: 2–5 business days.
You receive a notification: Verified (full access granted), Additional Info Required, or Rejected with reason. Rejection decisions can be appealed within 14 days.

Submitting forged documents or false identities during KYC/KYB constitutes fraud under French law (Article 441-1 of the Penal Code) and EU AML regulations. SoftMedia Ltd. will immediately report such cases to Tracfin and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Send an email to service@softmedialtd.com with subject KYC REQUEST (individuals) or KYB REQUEST (companies), or initiate directly from your dashboard under Account → Verification.
Account Termination & Suspension
SoftMedia Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a violation of these terms is detected or reasonably suspected.

Upon termination, access to the Hub, API delivery, and platform features is immediately revoked. Any data associated with the account may be deleted after 30 days. Outstanding fees remain due even after termination.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
For EU-based consumers, you retain the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Contact & Abuse Reporting
If you believe a store is selling prohibited products, engaging in fraud, or violating these terms, please report it immediately.

All abuse reports are reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Reports leading to confirmed violations will result in immediate action against the offending account.
